We chose to develop this 10 acre wooded picturesque property to build on because of its close proximity to the many Northern Michigan hot spots known world wide.  Comfortably sleeps 12 people and is conveniently located just 0ne mile from Lake Michigan and the beautiful  Frankfort Lighthouse 

This ranch style home was built in 2012.  First floor has 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms , an open living dining kitchen area with high ceilings. master bedroom has king bed and full bathroom, 2nd room has 2 full size beds, 3rd room has a queen size bed. All wood floors throughout. Finished basement with a large bedroom, 2 king beds, and an open rec room featuring 2 comfortable couches, as well as, 2 quality Futon beds. A new large covered screened porch added to enjoy the outdoors even on those heavy mosquito evenings !
